Dismissal Changes

If your student is being picked up early, the office must be notified by 12:30 p.m. Please send a note to school with your child or call 206-252-8310.

If your student is a bus rider and you need to pick him/her up, you must notify the office by 12:30 p.m. of the dismissal change. Please send a note to school with your child or call 206-252-8310. After 12:30 p.m. students will be put on the bus, and you may pick them up at their regular bus stop. Students will not be allowed to be pulled from the bus line or off the bus at school.

Absences and Late Arrival to School

Notify the office when your child is going to be absent or late by calling 206-252-8310 or email maple.attendance@seattleschools.org.  Please give the name of your child, reason for absence, and your contact information if you are leaving a message.

Extended Absences

Please fill out this Planned Absence Approval Request form, and return to your child’s teacher for school approval well before your absence.
